- Establish the proper support processes for interfacing with government related private sector offices and relevant private sector organizations
- Conduct a series of Orientations and Tabletop Discussions to educate personnel on the operational capacity, capabilities, and logistics associated with operations of the disaster response plan
- Capture issues related to operations; sustainability of capacity and capabilities; and compatibility with overall preparedness, response, and recovery initiatives for incorporation into Lessons Learned, Policies, Procedures, and Future Training.
- Coordinate national level engagement initiatives during events and exercises. This needs to include developing operational interface issues, such as how the government and private sector entities coordinate on-the-ground, during a crisis.
Large Scale Change Management and Culture Transformation
- Identify needs and develop an implementation plan for managing a large-scale change initiative involving process reengineering and culture transformation requirements. The analysis phase will include:
- Review and assess all changes currently occurring within the organization along with plans, policies and procedures that address implementation and integration.
- Assess and provide recommendations for managing culture transformation and behavioral issues associated with the people-side of the change initiative.
- Facilitate and provide oversight for management of a large scale change initiative including development of the following: Defined Scope, Boundaries, and Target Audience, Expected Outcomes and Key Performance Indicators, Macro Change Plan, Comprehensive Change Plan, Organizational Readiness and Resistance, Roll Out Plan, Communications Plan, Leadership Development Plan, Personnel Development Plan, Vision and Commitment Plan, Job Description Revision Plan, Tracking and Realignment Plan and a Master Schedule and Resource Requirements
- Train an internal expert on the change management process and methodologies for application to future change initiatives.
Vulnerability Studies and Risk Assessments
